Whose data this is

Your child's record belongs to you. Every profile, conversation, activity, session, document, and observation is scoped to your account. You can export the entire record as a file, or permanently delete it, at any time, from the Guide page. Delete means delete: rows and uploaded files are removed, not hidden.

What we collect and why

Only what makes the experience fit your child: what you tell the Guide, how activities go (taps, completions, retries), your feedback, and any documents you choose to upload. Nothing else. We never collect more than the product needs.

Documents you upload

Uploaded files (for example assessment summaries or school reports) are stored privately on our own server, scoped to your child's record, and are never shared, sold, or used for anything except shaping your child's activities. Short excerpts are included in the instructions sent to our AI provider when generating activities, under a contract that forbids the provider using them to train models. Deleting a document, or the child record, removes the file itself.

What we never do

• No advertising, no ad trackers, no analytics scripts on any page your child can reach.
• No selling or sharing data with third parties, ever.
• No AI training on your child's data.
• Nothing renders to your child without passing a safety filter.

What Attune is not

Attune is not a diagnostic tool and is not a replacement for speech therapy, occupational therapy, or any clinical support. It makes no medical claims.
